Such defaults are brought to the notice of CMAI As a measure of service to its members, CMAI helps to settle cases of payment default. Persistent defaulters are blacklisted and brought to the notice of members with a view to caution trade. CMAI now proposes to introduce arbitration procedures for quicker settlement of claims.
