Sample size should Satisfy all testing requirements. |

Payments should be made by cash/cheques at the time of submitting the |

samples. |

The test reports given refer only to the samples submitting but not necessarily |

represent the bulk of the consignment. |

|
|
Report will normally ready within 2 to 3 working days. Some test may take |
| |
more time. |
|
|
|
Charges are subject to change without prior notice. |

|
Service tax or any other taxes levied by government will be provided on request. |
|
|
|
Test report shall not be used for litigation or publicity purpose. |
|
|
|
Samples less than minimum quantity may be accapted for testing,in which |
| |
case,the test certificate will indicate a statements to the effect the sample size |
| |
was small. |

|
|
The samples should be properly packed and labelled. |
|
|
|
At the clients' request,a sample may be tasted without conditiong. In such |
| |
cases,the report will indicate that the tests were conducted in "condition |
| |
received". |

All possible care will be taken regarding the samples received for testing.The |
| |
Test Laboratories however is not liable for any loss of damage that may occur |
| |
due to unforeseen circumstances. |

|
CMAI Test Laboratories reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of any |
| |
sample for testing due to unsuitability of the material or non-availability of |
| |
facilities. |

|
|
The contents of test reports and correspondence with clients will be kept |
| |
strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party. |
